If you are like many others, you probably have a lot of photos uploaded to Facebook. It is likely a vast combination of random pictures that you have uploaded over the years. If you are looking for a way to showcase specific photos, a Facebook slideshow would be a helpful way to go.
Or maybe you're a business looking to show your audience something using a video format. So, if you are looking to reach a lot of people, a video is the way to go.
Follow this guide to see how you can use Facebook slideshow for your benefit.
Your first step is to open up your iOS or Android Facebook application. Then, you will head on over to the status update section. Underneath the big open space for typing will be a bunch of different options. You are looking for the option titled slideshow. It's next to a video recorder icon. It should be close to the photo upload icon.

Another way to access it is to find a slideshow that one of your friends has posted on Facebook. There will be a Try It button. Click on that, and it will take you to the slideshow feature.
The next task in creating your slideshow is to pick pictures. You can even select videos. Your slideshow will turn out better if you pick high-quality pictures or videos. You have to pick at least three photos or videos. Once you have selected the videos, you can pick your theme.
Then, you will choose from thirteen different themes like night out, celebration, or pets. You can select whichever theme works best for what you are trying to achieve with your video. After that, you can add transitions, effects, or even background music. You can change audio settings in the top left corner of the screen.
After setting your theme and establishing your transitions, effects, and music, you can edit your photos. You have the option to delete photos or change the order your photos appear in the slideshow. If you want to delete a photo, you have to click on it, and the trash can icon will appear for you to delete it.
Another option is to click on the More button on your screen. This will allow you to add a title to your slideshow or tag your friends. Then, you can preview your slideshow to see if it looks the way you want it to. Keep in mind, a lot of pictures or videos will make your slideshow very long.
Once you are sure your slideshow looks the way you want it to be, it is time to publish. Look at the top right of your screen and click on the Done button. This makes your slideshow available for publishing. It will bring up a screen to allow you to tag your friends, put in your location, note a feeling, or add a caption. Once you have done what you want in this area, click on the Post button.
