Roxio Hires Vice President of Product Management

Santa Clara, California - (March 27, 2002) - Roxio, Inc., (Nasdaq: ROXI) The Digital Media Company, provider of the best selling digital media software in the world, today announced that Vito Salvaggio has joined the company as Vice President of Product Management. Salvaggio will be responsible for organizing and leading Roxio's worldwide product management team.

Salvaggio earned a bachelor's of engineering in electrical engineering at Concordia University in Montreal and a master's of science in management from the Sloan School of Management at M.I.T in Cambridge, Mass.
