GENERAL REGISTRATION QUESTIONS

 

Registration error message "A user already exists with this email address"

The email address you have just entered has already been used to register a Roxio product. Perhaps you have already registered with us? If so, return to the login page and select the option "If you forgot your login name or password". If you are able to go through this process successfully you will be sent a new password. If this is not successful you will need to contact customer service for help with your reminder question and answer or re-register with a different email address.

 

Registration error message "A user already exists with this login"

The login you have just entered has already been used to register a Roxio product. Please select another one.

 

Registration error message "The supplied password is incorrect"

The password is case sensitive. Make sure you do not have CAPS LOCK on. Or you may have mid-keyed the password.

 

Registration error message "Invalid email address"

Your email address is not recognized. This could mean:

  1. You have not registered with us.
  2. You may have registered with a different email address. Re-register with your new address.
  3. You may have entered your email address incorrectly.

 

Why should I register my software?

Registering your software with Roxio allows you to receive information on our software and special offers extended only to our registered users. You are also required to register in order to download software updates.

What is my user name and password used for?
Your user name and password will be used to log into the Roxio website to access software updates. It is very important to write this information down or to use a login and password that you commonly use.

 

What if I forgot my user name or password?

Select Forgot Your Login / Password on the myRoxio login page and follow the steps listed.

 

I submitted my request for my password retrieval. Why haven't I gotten it yet?

Sometimes there is a delay in the time it takes to email this information back to you. Please be patient. If you have already clicked on the submit button more than once, you need to wait for the last response. Each time you click it changes your password again.

 

The password that you sent to me does not work. What do I do now?

Try to copy and paste the password instead of typing it in. If that doesn't help, please email or call customer service with this information and we can assist you.

 

Why can't I retrieve my original password?

The system we are using encrypts passwords that makes them inaccessible. That is why we need to send you a new one. Once you have successfully logged on with that password you can go to the link to change your password and change it back to something you can more easily remember. Remember to write it down somewhere.

 

I know I have never registered. Why is it saying my email address is invalid?

If you ordered your product directly from Roxio, either online or on the phone, we have already entered some of your information into the database. You received a confirmation email about your order. This email contained your assigned password. If you do not have your password, just select the Forgot Your Login/Password link.

 

What if I forgot the answer to my reminder question?

You will need to contact customer service directly either through email or telephone.

 

Is the answer to my reminder question the same as my password?

No.

 

How do I change my email address?

You should update your profile. Do this by clicking on myRoxio login, which is in the upper right corner of your screen on the Roxio home page . Log in with your user name and password. You will be brought to your profile page where you can select Update Your Roxio Member Profile.

 

How do I change my password?

You should update your profile. Do this by clicking on myRoxio login, which is in the upper right corner of your screen on the Roxio home page . Log in with your user name and current password. You will be brought to your profile page where you can select Change Your Login/Password.

 

How do I add another Roxio product to my user information?

You should update your profile. Do this by clicking on myRoxio login, which is in the upper right corner of your screen on the Roxio home page . Log in with your user name and password. You will be brought to your profile page where you can select Register a New Product.
