Installation of the latest Roxio Update Manager (included in the Dell Creator 9.x), which contains Macrovision’s InstallShield FlexConnect Software update utility, has introduced a problem with Dell Support Center. If Dell Support Center has a blank User Interface, you are probably experiencing a side effect of this problem.

To install the patch :
- Right click on the "Download" link and save the file to your hard drive - preferably your Desktop.
- Make sure you are logged into an account with administrator privileges.
- Double click on the "IOC64463.EXE" file to install the patch.
