Roxio's Digital Media Software to Be Bundled With Buslink State-of-the-Art DVD Recorders

Roxio's Easy CD Creator DVD Edition Enhances BUSlink's Internal and External line of DVD Recorders Offering Integrated Video Authoring and CD Mastering Applications

(Nasdaq: ROXI) The Digital Media Company®, provider of the best selling digital media software in the world, today announced it has enhanced its OEM agreement with BUSlink Corporation. Under the terms of the agreement, BUSlink will now include Roxio's award winning software with its complete line of internal and external DVD Recorders. Effective February 2003 BUSlink models DVRW28R and UII-DVRW28R will now include Easy CD Creator® 5.3 DVD Edition, the integrated CD mastering and video capture, editing and authoring software.

Easy CD Creator 5.3 DVD Edition includes DVD Builder™, Roxio's DVD authoring application that allows consumers to capture digital video, add transitions and background music, create animated menus, organize video clips and photos into custom slide shows, and burn to a DVD or CD that can be played in set-top DVD players. In addition, DVD Builder includes one-step, direct-to-disc recording (DVD+VR) to DVD+RW discs.
