MP3 players, digital cameras, DV camcorders -- these are gadgets of the future, but much of your past lives on in the form of LPs, print photos, and VHS tapes. This session, part of the "Mac Skills" track, is for novices interested in learning some simple methods to bring your past to the present so that anyone can watch, listen and share your music, your photos, your videos and maximize your iLife. Adam will cover processes to: Preserve-convert and clean your analog tunes (LPs, cassettes, even 8-tracks!), transfer your personal VHS and home videos to digital format, and digitize your printed photos; Protect-burn to CD or DVD and Share-make photo slideshows and home videos playback on a DVD Player, without a DVD Burner, via a VideoCD; listen to your old music on your CD/DVD player or computer.
