Forward Looking Statements
This press release contains forward-looking statements, which include those statements about the trading of our common stock on the Nasdaq National Market. The beginning of trading on the Nasdaq National Market will depend upon the existence of at least three market makers creating a market in our common stock. In addition, if our common stock does not trade above $5 per share on the first day of trading, our common stock may be removed from the Nasdaq National Market. If our common stock is removed from the Nasdaq National Market, we expect that market makers on the OTC (Over the Counter) Bulletin Board will quote prices for our common stock.
