Roxio Launches MyDVD 10 Premier

Enabling Consumers to Easily Enhance, Edit and Share Their Digital Memories

2 April 2008 — Roxio®, a division of Sonic Solutions® (NASDAQ: SNIC), the leader in digital media software, today launched MyDVD® 10 Premier, a comprehensive video editing and DVD creation suite designed for a growing number of consumers who want to edit home movies, create slideshows and provide video compilations to view on widescreen TVs, share online and enjoy on a variety of portable devices.  MyDVD 10 Premier is certified for Vista and is available now at www.roxio.co.uk priced at £49.99.

Roxio MyDVD 10 Premier is a feature-rich application that makes it easy for consumers to quickly turn photos and home videos into professional-quality DVD productions.  It offers unrivalled editing flexibility, batch video segment removal, timeline markers and tools that automatically correct colour and remove background noise. In addition, users can easily add the perfect sound track with SmartSound® that provides a variety of built-in sound tracks to suit any mood.  Users simply select the style of music they like and a sound track is automatically generated and adjusted to fit the length of their production.  The new Picture-in-Picture feature enables real-time video overlays creating extraordinary effects often seen on TV.

Roxio MyDVD 10 Premier also includes a range of innovative features that help users enjoy their personal digital media content, whilst on the move. For example, Mobile Phone Doctor quickly and easily corrects problems common to photos taken with mobile phone cameras, while Mobile PhotoFit resizes digital photos for the smaller mobile device displays.  In addition, the Media Manager enables users to synchronize media between the desktop and their portable devices such as iPods, BlackBerrys, and PSPs.

Roxio MyDVD 10 Premier is part of the Easy Media Creator 10 family of products.
