Retail Purchased Software
If you have lost or damaged your original Roxio program disc, you may be able to order a replacement CD. In most circumstances we can fulfill replacement CD-ROM requests for currently available software titles.
This only applies for retail products purchased and received on CD-ROM. We will not be able to fulfill replacement disc requests for discontinued products.
The cost for a replacement disk is $12.95 + $6.95 shipping.

OEM or Bundled Software
- If your Roxio product was bundled with or preloaded on your computer then you will need to contact the computer manufacturer for questions regarding software replacement.
- If your Roxio product was bundled as a part of a hardware purchase (such as a CD/DVD drive) then you will need to contact the hardware vendor for any questions regarding software replacement.
- Roxio Customer Service does not have access to versions of our software that may have been bundled with a third party product and can not assist in providing replacement discs for these versions.
